Hey Gang. Sorry to make a demanding first post here but I'm truly curious about this Chinese release of this 20th Anniversary Limited Edition 25 DVD box set for G1. It's apparently made in a run limited to 2888, comes with all 98 G1 USA episodes and the movie, plus posters, post cards, your serialize id card and a full-sized 50 dollar fully licensed TF toy, one of six G1 guys... you don't get to pick, it's a surprise.

Here's the blurb: "THIS COLLECTOR'S EDITION IS OOP(OUT OF PRINT), This is the official foreign release DVD boxed set. You will probably never again see the recordings of the original transformers DVDs presented in such a comprehensive manner, come with a wooden box with a transformers toy ($49.99 value made in Japan, is one of the 6 toys listed: G1 Convoy(RM-01), BW Convoy(RM-11), G1 Starscream(RM-12), BW Megatron(RM-02), Smokescreen(RM-13), and G1 Skids, and sorry you could not choose which one to have, box is sealed and no one knows what toy inside!), a big transformers poster, a collector's certificate with a unique collector number, and a special bonus: a transformers shopping bag! tfclub.com is showing it but since that entire site is in Chinese and babelfish doesn't like translating it... I found another site offering it.

Could you check it out or do you have any other info? Is it "canon?" Is it real? It's so limited I can't find any other mention in English on the net. I found a Spanish language blog that discussed it...

If it's worth it, then it seems fairly priced and I'll go for it.

I mean, of course there's the Madman stuff on it's way but this set really does look incredible.
