I suppose he towers over the car bots. But he is in no way the biggest autobot.
I'd say the Classics Prime and Delxued BB, Hot Rod are quite accurate for Scale between Prime and his G1 season 1/2 army.

Also, when you look at the comics, Ultra Magnus, when he is fully armored, is also taller than Prime. Skylynx is also larger, as are the others previously mentioned. The biggest Autobots of course are the city/base bots Metroplex, Omega Supreme and Fortress Maximus.

I always knew Prime was not the tallest Autobot, but I never really realised that all the ground based Dinobots were larger than him. Guess it makes sense going on the size of real dinosaurs and all...
