on Nov 27 I placed an order not for transformers for myself but they also had many toys my friends and family were into.
After waiting what seemed like forever i checked the tracking info again.
Turns out it was sent up to Canada on Dec 5th held there and sent back to the sender on Dec 19.
This resulted in people not getting the christmas presents they were expecting.
after calling both USPS and ToyArena trying to fix the problem, both ended up being no help and blamed eachother and me for the problem.
After it came back to ToyArena they refunded the money (I hope all of it)
Asking about the possibility of re-ordering they kept commenting on the high duties and taxes, i asked if thats why my package was returned, but got no awnser from them on this issue.
Has anyone successfully had their package delivered from ToyArena to Canada? or are they not capable?
I still want to place an order with them as they seem to be the only company that has all the figures I want in stock.
Is ToyArena.com a good place to order from for canadians?

Before blaming everyone, first ask yourself these questions: First, did you order from them directly? Have you gone trhough Ebay? Did you pay via Paypal? The package was "held". By who? Your post office? Have you paid the custom fees if you had any?
These are important facts that you failed to mention.
I ordered from them a few times. Each times, I ordered via Ebay and paid with Paypal. As a buyer, my ass is twice covered. Each times, my order was received within 2 weeks. 3 weeks at worst. I always take the cheapest shipping option, of course. The package is always carefully wrapped and boxed.
Sure, their prices are relatively expensive, but you chose them when you don't have any options left. My latest purchase from them is a Henkei Classic Voyager Optimus Prime, MIB. It cost me around 90$ total. And I'll open this sucker up for sure. I ordered and paid 2 days ago and the thing is already shipped.
Tl;dr
ToyArena is a trhustworthy seller. That kind of fawkop could happen to anyone.

I'm UK based and ordered from them before Xmas, only a couple of minicons mind you (expensive ones!), no problems here!
