Hello, I wasn't sure where to post this because many times over the course of several years I have tried to use the website's notification link for difficulites to contact Ryan and others who run the website, but I have not once ever been able to get in touch and communicate with them. Now I go to PM them to try and get some help, but it says I can't even do that because I "You may have just registered here and may need to participate more to be able to use this feature."

That's the thing! I used to participate here ALL THE TIME since 2003-2007! I was around in the days Rodimus Prime and Dr. Smooth were moderators, Raymond T would dazzle us with his Transformers knowlege, and Abrogate held the all time record for number of posts. I was around when Cyber Bishop got promoted. Then I took a break for a few months after the movie had come out in 2007 because I needed to get away from it, and when I tried to return, I could not log in to my user account, and trying to recover and change my password did nothing for me. So now I am here, still wishing I could have my old account back including all of the posts and "participation" I had already did.

And also, for the record, I am the Seibertron member who has the name Jazz in the website's RPG game because I was around when it was first developed and created!

So Ryan aka Seibertron, or anyone else who can, please help! I'd like to recover my old profile with my old Seibertron friends back.

Between 2003-2007 you say? Then you're a bit out of luck. I think a few years back the members list got a sweep, removing those profiles that were inactive for quite a while. Check the members list and see if your original profile is actually in there. If it's not, it may have been a casualty of the sweep.

You could always try PMing Cyber Bishop, he's a helpful chap.

I would if the board would allow me to. If I try to PM someone it says I "must participate more" which is rubbish because I once had well over 3,000 posts on this website under my old Hot_Rod profile and should be able to PM a board Administrator or Moderator.

I did some digging in the members list, and only found one match, but I don't think it's your old profile (I looked under "Hot_Rod", correct me if I'm wrong). Looks like your old account has been deleted somehow and the name has subsequently been claimed by a new member in 2008, as "hot_rod". As there's no case-sensitivity in place, you're a bit out of luck.

Sorry to say this, but it looks like you'll have to start all over.
