I had a great time at the con, as per usual. I made a nice trade for some books with the guy next to me. By the way, noob, eyes-on-his-chest's name is Todd. I'm glad I did the dinner after the con. Good times indeed.
On another note, a while back I participated in a photo scavenger hunt on the Minimate Multiverse. Well, the judging is finally finished so now I can share my pictures. I won a prize for completing all of the challenges. You can check out my pictures here and you can see the original rules along with all of the entrants here.

I can let my Cyb Wing Saber go (Loose/complete.) Let me know.
Good times / Good People yesterday at the con. No shouting matches, which was a disappointment.

So I went dollar store shopping today and found some interesting things. The Ypsilanti Dollar General store had a few KO protectobot sets and several of these small (hot wheels sized) Transformers (I only recognized Prowl and Optimus, which I bought).
The Belleville Walgreens had a bunch of stuff, including three of the Fast Action Battlers (Ironhide, Jazz, and Brawl), some Real Gear (Booster x2, Zoom Out x2, Speed Dial x1), and Cybertron Galvatron, Menasor, and I bought Swindle

Nope, no clearance right now (sadly). I'll keep an eye on them.
LOC? Sorry, not sure what that means. The small Transformers I found at the dollar store are labeled "Transformers Universe: Spy Changers", according to my mini-Prime's box.

I didn't realize that the Galvatron was the Legends of Cybertron version. I stopped there last night and was a bit disappointed
I thought we were seeing another release like the $20 Galaxy Force Prime at Family Dollar.

I was amazed. The Belleville Walmart actually had stuff today:
Transformers
3 Metroplex "Cybertron, Primus Unleashed" ($39.67 each)
1 Ultimate Bumblebee (he's now hiding behind the Metroplex's) ($79.88)
2 Alternators Ricochet ($19.96 each)
2 Classic Voyager Optimus Prime ($19.96 each)
4 Unleashed Optimus Prime
3 Diecast Grimlock
2 Cyber Slammers Barricade
Star Wars Transformers
1 Saesee Twin
2 Mace Windu
1 Emperor Palpatine
1 Darth Vader
2 Clone Pilots
I was soooo tempted to get one of the Metroplex figures, but he's a bit pricey for me right now.

so it's just family dollar that's getting these right?
not dollar tree, or dollar general ... or whatever other dollar chain there is around.
man, i forgot that sparty just found those too. just remembered that the primes were there (black one right? not blue?).

Correct on all accounts...nice figure I really like both of them and 40 for the pair is well worth it.
Dollar General I think has some KO...I have not seen them.

why do I not get the emails!!!!!!!
well, this is a post just to let the server know I'm still watching this thread. I have nothing new to report. I am going to pick up the diamond select grimlock and/or bumblebee bust today. depends on how much my comics come to and whether I'll be eating soup at home or going out to get food. I picked up SG: Atlantis season 3 and Smallville Season 6 yesterday. Didn't pick up Supes/Doomsday. I've read that it's really good though.
