Ruffian/opressor is giant decepticon robot formed by 5 maybe 6 law enforcement car and trucks. I want to find a helicptor that aint blackout or evac to stick on his back for a bigger upper body. he's going to have four arms and carry 2 blades and a mace. intelligence will be around 6 or 7 becuse one of the robots that form him is super smart but lacks focusand corrupts monipulation make them work togather smoothly.
