A while back I had trouble with my old login ID, that I had been using for several months. I kinda gave up and just left the site for a while. Eventually I came back and re-created the same ID, as I think I read somewhere that there had been some problems. Just recently I tried to get back into HMW, and re-create some old characters. Unfortunately, it said all the names I wanted to use were taken - by my old login.
Is there anything I can do, (involving re-setting passwords?), in order to get those characters back?
