Pin removal is a scary process, no?
Normally yes, but they provided a molded block to rest OP on. I used the provided screwdriver and they slide out real easy. They provide a shorter slimmer pin to replace the main torso pin with as well as a few replacement screws. I read stories of the factory ones been stripped out but all mine were fine. I did use theirs for the replacement torso bit as they were slimmer and threaded to bite fresh plastic better.
The pins slid right out nice and easy and went back in even easier. The instructions aren't the best, but easy enough to follow if your have any inclination to building things. For example, they only had
instructions illustrations for one leg and left it up to you to figure out the second verse. The hardest part was making sure not to flip the left and right pieces as they are not marked. Just taking a second to orient the figure and the parts then comparing to the pics on the box was all I really needed.
It was an enjoyable build that has added a unique figure to my collection at a price I'm happy with
