I have been here since 2003, so I remember Alvin Prime's reign of terror at this site.

From what I hear, there was a lot more to that than us normal users were aware of. I don't know all the details, being a normal user and all...and come to think of it, the one who told to it me was also a normal user at the time, and not a terribly trustworthy source of information. So grain of salt on this one.

I think Morph and Dr. Spengler were gone when I joined.

I'm pretty sure I joined a the tail end of their tenure as members, so while I know the names, the posts that they made are lost to me. That and, you know, almost 12 years of time to smudge grease all over those memories.

All I remember is that he would comw to this site, make a lot of obnoxious posts, get banned and then return under a new user name. He did this repeatedly back in 2004, I think. What did you hear about it that nornal users weren't aware of? Just curious.

When I first joined, people were still talking about Morph and Spengler. They were almost like legends or something. Were they the ones who started all that STFU stuff?

Dr. Spengler, or Mark Pellegrini, has actually calmed down a lot since those days. I still don't have much love for the guy, but he isn't as bad as he was when he was here.

The only thing I remember about Morph is that he got really mad, and went on a few tirades when he wasn't hired by DW, and Joe Ng was.
