Check out a great gallery of protoform Starscream over at TFW2005.com by Charle5, who has also posted a scan of a toy catalog that comes with the preview figure, showing some movie toys (including the never before seen Cyber Stompers) in full colour!

Idunno... Prime and Megatron looked much better to me in the prototype phase. For some odd reason, however, that always seems to be the case.

well thats great
It confirms all my fears about the Transformer movie toys, I'll get the real gear and that is it.
My god all the toys are hideous, the cyber stopin Bumblebee looks like a koala in a bad move and well don't get me started on the rest.Barricade looked cool as a prototype but as a toy
And Fling forkatron a.k.a. bayatron looks like a half assed attept to make a 'cool alien' space ship....space **** more like.
I'll go and see the movie but as for the movie toys..........

I kind of like the movie designs. At first I wasn't too fond of the heads, but the more I saw, the more I noticed a certain style the movie figures were using. When I realized it wasn't just one or two figures that had odd head designs, I embraced it. It's also nice to see Bumblebee actually get some guns.
Sure, they don't look like their namesakes, but what's in a name anyway? Inferno was one of the coolest Beast Wars characters, but he had nothing in common with his namesake, same with Silverbolt.

Not a sheeple.
Think for yourself, don't let the magic TV box and social media do the thinking for you.
Question EVERYTHING!!
Just because you have a youtube review channel doesn't make you special.
I look forward to attending a Botcon soon only to settle matters with several idiots in person (yes this is a threat).
