Prowl. Because I don't like Ultra Magnus. IDK why, it's just something about him that says something is wrong with him. Hes creepy in a non creepy sort of way I guess.

Magnus is much bigger and stronger than Prowl. However, Prowl has the edge in speed and skill. Also, Prowl is obsessive about winning through superior logic and knowledge. He might know some secret weaknesses of Ultra Magnus that he could exploit. If he can't out-think and out-perform Magnus quickly enough, he will lose the fight.
