Frenzy could possibly win this if he broadcasts full power and gives all the others brain damage.
Alternatively, Bombshell could win this with secret cerebro shells.
I'm betting on Frenzy but he'll have to kill the others quickly and that's not so easy given their strong armour and Frenzy's relative weakness.
