Has a seen the trailer for the Power Rangers comic? The Green Ranger from an alternate reality is bad and killed all the Power Rangers. He sports a different suit than normal. It seemed a lot like the Shattered Glass universe from transformers... Right down to the name. Shattered Grid.

A lot of franchises have their "mirror" universe stories.

It was a good arc to read though.

Yeah I know. Just calling it Shattered Grid seemed so similar to Shattered Glass. Especially transforming mechanical giants, some zords even being cars, even jumping dimensions. I wondered if there were any of the same guys working on it. And wondered if anyone else thought the same thing

It's a story about different power ranger teams teaming up to stop lord drakkon (Tommy oliver who stayed with Rita and stole the white ranger powers and combined them with his green ranger powers). It's got absolutely nothing to do with shattered glass other than the similar name. Besides the shattered glass itself was inspired by the mirror universe made famous in star trek in the original series episode "mirror, mirror"

I should add that the title of both is derived from the Deep Space Nine episode "Shattered Mirror" from 1996. Besides, the Power Rangers comic is not by IDW, but by BOOM! Studios, unrelated.

That said, exploring different versions of any given reality is always interesting.
