Make it clear in your mind, i will consider this anime cool ONLY the day the main caracter's die. Whit the exception of Kakashi.

Ok, this serie is weird so i got a few question about point im not really sure about...

1) Why is it called "Naruto" when Sasuke get almost the "cool stuff"? Im not the only one to think that....

2) Whats does "Shippuden" mean?

3) What happen if Naruto die? Does that "creepy Fox" pop out of his body and start rampaging like Godzilla???

4) How does Kakashi breathe whit his clothe on the nose and the mouth?

5) Also, in one episode Kakashi breathe fire (Gōkakyū no Jutsu, for the freaky fan here...), but strangely it dont burn the cloth on his face...wtf?

1) Its called Naruto as he is the main charachter. Sasuke gets to do all the cool stuff early on as he is the typical textbook shonen rival.

2) Shipuuden can be translated as gale/hurricane chronicles, this is a reflection on Narutos chakra element being wind.

3) I don't think so, as when Naruto nearly died when fighting Sasuke darkness was encroaching around the kyuubi until he bolstered Narutos chakra with his own(and basically took over his body[important plot point from end of current arc]).

4) It would be easy for Kakashi to breathe through his mask as fabrics allow air to pass though the holes in between the weave of the fibres.

5) If you look closely you can see Kakashi moving his mask back into place after using the jutsu.

Yeah, but lets he die for good, like a decapitation or something like that. That he die on the spot. That creature can't save him, right?

No the Kyuubi wouldn't be able to save him, but from the encounter I mentioned it can be assumed(something that can be done with some accuracy for Naruto unlike what has to be one of the most unpredictable shonen series, One Piece) that the Kyuubi will also die unless it is able to destroy the seal that the Fourth used to place it inside Narutos body.

So, there IS a chance that when he die that freakish demon get tout of him.

I admit to being curoius. How much Naruto have you watched?

ive seen all of the first series sub titled. its gonna take america quite some time to catch up with where it is in japan, but heck screw the american ver its total crap. the voices suck and of course its been raped and waterd down and ya....

I've watched upto the current episode in Japan(Shippuuden ep7) and have seen the first two films, the sport festival short and all of the ovas.

So thats a total of 227 episodes(yes even the god awful filler ), 3 ovas, 1 short, 2 movies and 348 chapters of manga.

There's acutally a way in which Kyuubi's trying to escape. When Naruto uses Kyuubi's chakra he groes a tail. If Naruto ever grows all nine tails then Naruto will die and Kyuubi will be free.

I first strated watching that because people alway talked about that and all....

So i say the entire first season and half the second one. I quitted because i was becoming crazy!

Sakura-Irritating voice and just grates on the nerves-CHECK! Also sounds 12 in english!
Sasuke-unemotional and deepish-CHECK! Also sounds 17ish instead of 30
Kakashi-Realy differant, but come on, he sounds f***ing forty in japanese, atleast now he sounds like his age, abeit a tad "Now I'm gonna kill you*eyes widen to psycho levels*".

If anything, VIZ raped Pokemon Special(THE BEST DARN THING ABOUT POKEMON, HELLO VIZ, A STEREOTYPICAL PROSPECTOR IS NOT AN OSAKAN ACCENT, DEEP SOUTH IS MORE CORRECT!!! ALSO FINISH SOMETHING YOU START!!! ) and One Piece, not Naruto, with the exceptions of Kankuro, Iruka and Temari, all characters got either better as in closer to age or close enough voices.

If Naruto dies, they both die, that's what the fox told him when Jariaya threw Naruto off the cliff.

Oh, two other question

6)The Hokage are numbered in order they became one, right? So the second became one after the first and so on...but when the story begin, the Fourth Die. The one who assume the mantle of Hokage is called the Third...wtf? Did he just re-took his role after the fourth died?

7)Who raised Naruto, since he got no familly....i mean, a kid can't raise himself.

The third wasn't dead. He was just retired and the 4th was the current hokage. Since he died the Third had to come out of retirement to take the role of hokage again.

I like the serie but i can't stand the three main caracter....

i can diss the horrible american dub all i want. the japanese version like 99.9% of all anime is better then its crappy american dubbed ver...and besides whats does it being a boys anime have to do with anything? that doesnt give it any right to suck when its played outside of japan. and ya they do have the uncut dvd's but who uncut are they? i mean take DBZ for instance when they started putting them on dvd they said uncut..we; they reall wernt totaly uncut and now have finnaly bringing the real uncut DBZ on dvd. so untill i get the "uncut" naruto box sets and see them for myself i not gonna bother with them. i say download them all from online.

Cowboy Bebop, Trigun, Orphen and quite a few other Seinen series would like a word with you. ^_^ And yes, you do have the right to not like it, but I am expressing my irritation that ever damned Naruto topic becomes a dub bashing thread.

The thousands of morons who say "It's an adult's show, they shouldn't edit it for kids!" Again, it has to be edited to be viewable by the same demogaphic in differant countries.

Go watch German Naruto, even considering it's in german, it's far worse, but they do have a great One Piece apparently.

We get them 4 eps per disc seperately, spanning 6 discs, then a 26 ep boxset, you get 13 and another 13 in the US for the first season, let me remind you, we pay about 18US a disc and they are uncut you twit, I have checked them to the japanese ones when I got Vol 1. DBZ was uncut aswell, just DBZ was butchered. Last time I checked, Naruto had the Japanese soundtrack and on the DVDs the full Japanese Audio and Japanese Intros to english eps. In comparason, Naruto's dub is pure excellence compared to what funimation did to DBZ, I'd love to see you dispute that.

Er, right. Sure mate. *points to the first 26 eps uncut on US shelves* What does you downloading the current ones have to do with anything, anyone who likes it seriously does that or reads scanlations, I was refering to the US dubbed and released to home DVD eps.

He apparently did. Though I think there is a flashback showing the Third Hokage taking care of Naruto when he was a baby. I maybe wrong since I can't find proof of that right now. I'll keep looking though.

After that Naruto just lived in his own room, taking care of himself and such. I think the first episode implies that Iruka was responsible for him, being his teacher. A kid taking care of himself makes as much sense of 12 year olds becoming ninja and being allowed to put their lives in danger.

The village seems to have no problem with letting kids without parents grow up alone. Sasuke, Iruka, and Naruto all lived by themselves when they were kids.

There is no reason to argue with Dub haters, just move on because they won't change their minds.

On that note, I also think the phrase "cuts to ribbons" is more descriptive then "shaves"--the word the subbers used.

I'm still not hearing the phrase "Beileve it" out of Naruto's mouth very often if at all... So that's one piont that the dub has over the original version. They could have had Naruto stop saying "dattebayo" at the beginning of Shippuuden but... noooo.
