Something complex
I have a inferiority complex and I feel watched on the streets.. not only by people, by cars too. It's just that I think so low of my self most of the time, that I'd like to scream just where everyone else's.
:/
Can anyone give me some advice on how to deal with this?
Professional help, I know, I told my parents about this and they promised me they'd see what they could do about it but nothing really happened yet. Besides.. I am not really enjoying to share this with some kind of doctor or something :/ I could barely breath when I told my parents eventually.. <.< (with eventually, I mean I've been keeping this secret all my life) Untill 2 months ago or so..

I used to have some pretty heavy **** going on that made me feel very unhappy in public-i heartily recomend going to talk to a professional, there really is no substatute.
Do it and you will feel much better.
Also go meet some new people, a girl or two-making new friends is a great self esteem booster, although u do need to feel somewhat comfortable first. Go see some one and lets us know how u get on (or even pm me-i'd love to know how u get on

Maybe you're like me, and you feel a little paranoid when there's something that you know you've done that would earn you some stares?
Not trying to evaluate your character or anything. Just sayign that sometimes I'm a bad, bad man, and I get the feeling that sometimes, everyone is aware of it.

"Bad, bad" like Chris Isaak's baby?
Or "Bad" as in Michael Jackson?

"Bad" as in "Ah-buh-buh-buh-buh-Bayad"
That's sort of hard to spell out.

I'd like to know too, maybe it's part of my youth, that I used to think people watched me like I'm stupid because I did things wrong.
I dunno, I just got the feeling that anyones better than me sometimes.. maybe it's my clothes, my hair, the way I walk?
I dunno..
I'd compare myself to a cowardly and softy person.
I want to be friends with most people I get to know.
(like in class)
And I wouldn't react to someone (not ignoring, but just shutting up) that becomes mad at me usually.
I do and don't do things because of what I stand for, I am a christian, maybe that's the reason...

When things are hard, it is always good to refer to the
writings of the great Marcus Aurelius...
"If you are pained by external things, it is not they that disturb you, but your own judgment of them. And it is in your power to wipe out that judgment now."
"Your life is what your thoughts make it."
"Because a thing seems difficult for you, do not think it impossible for anyone to accomplish."
"Because your own strength is unequal to the task, do not assume that it is beyond the powers of man; but if anything is within the powers and province of man, believe that it is within your own compass also."
Power comes from within-- accept that you are what you are, but as well that is within your self to define who you are. If all else fails, learn-- see what you are, see what the world around you, see what the great men say, and use it to define yourself what and what you want to be. If you find you are dwelling on the past, realize that you cannot change what has happened in the past, but learn from it as to gain in the future. Use that which does not kill you to make you stronger.
But most of all, realize that you cannot procrastinate-- life in not to be seen as a death sentence, but the chance to rise from death. You have not existed for infinite eons in the past, and probably will not exist for all the same in the future-- but now, you live, and you are what the infinites who have have never lived would have killed for. Take advantage of the opportunity, for it is you who make it what it is. Seek not pity, but salvation from yourself within yourself.

Actually, I have that feeling of being watched all the time, too. It's worst when I'm about to get in the shower, or using the toilet, or when I'm generally alone.
It is VERY unpleasant.

That makes sense, most of all.
I think I can use that..
But I'd like to respond to what you said about that we won't live forever.. we will..
That's all I wanted to tell you, everyone that has been born will live forever after death. (after a long while)
But that's something I believe in, I just wanted to let you know I don't believe we have one life or that it stops when we die.
That doesn't take away you cheered me up a bit.. ^-^

Wherever your inferiority feels stem from--you are not smart enough, good-looking enough, talented enough, etc. is of no consequence.
What matters is that you EXIST. You are a seperate organism with just as much soverighnty (sp?) as any other man/woman on this earth. Trust me, it does get better with time.
Go, get some help from a professional. You will not be judged, and hey, you might learn more about yourself along the way.
What also helps is finding something that you love: Transformers, long-distance running, singing, martial arts, painting, etc. Whatever it is, pour your soul into it. This will help ease some of the pain you might be feeling.

It's good that you shared that though.
You have to tell someone who is professionally trained to deal with it. This person has the experience and knowledge you need right now.
But yes, it's a stranger, and it took enough guts just to tell your parents. So here's what you do:
Don't tell anyone right away. Mull it over. Put the idea in the back of your mind that, damn it, you will tell a professional, sooner than later.
Go through your life, and everytime the feeling comes over you, think again "When I am ready to tell a professional, I'll be closer to understanding this."
Sooner or later, you'll start thinking about it more and more, and eventually, you'll want to.
In other words, psych yourself up for it. You aren't ready yet, and telling them now might be madness. So get ready. It's that easy. Get ready.
And remember this: things are scary when you don't understand them. Sometimes it's easy to not be scared at all when you don't understand, but it goes both ways. You need to realize that the reason you feel this way, and the feelings are disturbing, is because you don't know what they are, and what's going on in your brain.
I have OCD. Real OCD, not that pop-culture joke bullshit. I don't obsess about neatness. But I do get frequent thoughts of hurting people, insulting them, spitting on them, and hitting them for no reason. I've seen puppies and babies and had random thoughts of cutting their legs off. I've had random thoughts of hurting myself. Yeah, this makes me sound like a monster, but it's just chemicals. It's a disorder. I know it's not me. It's scary sometimes, and sometimes it ruins my whole day, but it's not me.
Just remember that. It's a chemical imbalance in the brain. It's not your personality because you don't actively conjure these thoughts of inferiority, judgement, and being watched. They just come to you, and you hate them. Therefore, they are not you. Remember that.
