Yeah so i saw this was supposed to be out like 2 weeks ago. went to 2 comic shops and neither have gotten it.
what exactly is it and does anyone know when it comes out?

If you are referring to the Beast Wars Profile/Sourcebook, then it came out last Wednesday/Thursday. It has been fairly popular, the little comic store I visit had a dozen copies, and they sold out over the weekend.
You may have to wait for a restock, but I'd advise waiting for the trade.
