The two "non-aired" series you are probably talking about are BW-Neo & BWII, they were both in Japanese, no TF series has ever been produced in Chinese to my knowledge.

If you want to practise, use Headmasters, Masterforce and Victory DVD releases, but turn the subtitles off.

All non-American and non-Canadian Transformers series are Japanese. The series that have not aired in the U.S. are The Headmasters, Chojin Masterforce, Victory, Beast Wars II, and Beast Wars Neo. In addition, four OVAs that were not released in the U.S. are Scramble City, Transformers: Zone - Enter the New Supreme Commander Dai Atlas!, and the two RobotMasters episodes.

The Japanese series that have aired in the U.S. are Car Robots, Micron Densetsu, Superlink, and Galaxy Force (better known in the U.S. as Robots in Disguise, Armada, Energon, and Cybertron).

The U.S.-made TV series are The Transformers (G1), the short-lived Playschool Go-Bots cartoon, and Animated.

The Canadian-made series are Beast Wars and Beast Machines.

Although, a few of the Japanese series have been released on DVD in Europe and Australia with English subtitles. Namely, The Headmasters, Chojin Masterforce, and Victory. As well as the Scramble City and Zone OVAs. There are also fansubbed versions of these series online as well, and are just as good as the official DVD subs.

In addition, there also exist English dubs of The Headmasters, Chojin Masterforce, and Victory; but these dubs were made in Malaysia and are absolutely atrocious and ridiculously bad. They messed up nearly every name (calling such characters like Metroplex as "Philip", Blurr as "Wally", Blaster as "Billy", Raiden as "The Robot Train", Hot Rod as "Roadimus Prime", and the Matrix of Leadership as "The Power Pack") and all lines of dialogue are completely pathetic (i.e. - Galavatron screaming in fury of Soundwave's death was changed to him yawning after saying "Darn that Soundwave.").

Yes I got to the part where Blaster died and had to stop watching since hearing the Autobots cry out "Oh Billy! Oh Billy!" made me laugh so hard I almost wet myself (watch Midnight Run or Cable Guy and you'll know why). I'm not a big fan of subtitles but in the case of the RTM-1 dub, I made an exception. I'd rather spend years learning the language of a country I'll probably never visit to enjoy Headmasters than watch another RTM-1 dub.

OH, BILLY!
