Wings Universe comic questions

Considering buying this https://nightshiningllc.com/products/tf-collectors-club-wings-universe-through-2384 but it's missing Issue 34. That seems to include part of the story, which is unfortunate. Does anyone know where to track a copy of it? Can't seem to find it on eBay, or other store I generally shop through for back issues.

It'd be cool if they just released stories like this as collections.

Unfortunately that's the rarest issue to come by because it was the first one to ever completely sell out with no restocks ever.
