well, by monkey im assuming you mean chimp.it would depend alot on numbers, and if the monkeys would become zombies after being killed or attacked. chimps are considerably stronger than humans and flight would possibly keep them safe frowm swarming zombies. if they could pick their numbers off and retreat for a while the monkeys should win. but if the monkeys become zombies, it would be hard for a monkey to kill a few zombies without being bitten at least once. so if the monkeys are vulnerable to infection id probably side with the zombies. though its largely dependant on the numbers involved.

Zombies win for the simple reason they always win. They don't have to kill their target for it to eventually become one of them. All it takes is one bite. One scratch in some cases. So the winner clear and simple? Zombies with a new army of zombie flying monkies. No one will be safe. Except for maybe Ninjas. But then Zombie Ninjas with zombie flying monkies would swarm over the Earth and make us all Dead Onez.

It would be a stalemate.
Zombies don't attack or eat animals, nor is any zombie virus known to effect animals.
Flying monkeys aren't very smart.
The flying monkeys would throw poo at each other and the zombies, reproduce and dominate the world.
Zombies, would kill any surviving humans, then starve, and die.
So, maybe not a stalemate, but flying monkeys would win, eventually.

There are animal zombies in Resident Evil and in the Chaos! Comics universe. Zombies will eat anything to survive. Even other zombies.

Forgot about RE, the zombie crows and dogs.
But every time someone mentions zombies, it's usually true zombies, by that I mean the Romero zombies. Since there was no specific type of zombie, I figured Romero.
In which I based my answer.
So, Romero zombies: Monkeys
RE Zombies: Zombies
Chaos! Comics Zombies: Zombies

RE Zombies: Zombies
Chaos! Comics Zombies: Zombies
In Evil Ernie: Youth Gone Wild (technically the first Chaos! Comics release) there were zombie animals. Dogs and such. One scene had a news reporter get mauled to death by the zombie dogs and then rise as a zombie. Also the later Resident Evil games had zombiefied versions of animals other then dogs and birds. Outbreak File 2 has an entire zoo full of zombie animals including elephants and lions. So any undead creature is a zombie so long as it's not a humonculous or some other form of intelligent undead life.
As far as what zombes can do, the whole zombies are slow and stupid thing isn't the rule. Actually quite a few zombie moves and other forms of fiction have the "smart zombie." Examples of smart zombies are Evil Ernie, Dead World's King Zombie, and by far the best example of generic grunt level smart zombies: the zombies from Return of the Living Dead 1-3. The zombies in the new Dawn of the Dead remake also qualify as smart zombies to an extent. Oh and to those that are wondering they only moved fast if they were New Dead. Old Dead are slow due to the decomposition of their bodies. That's also why their intelligence is at a primitive level. They do however have the potential to learn as they continue their existance.

Zombies hands down.
The only way to exterminate Zombies is to kill them entirely, or kill the source of their food. Monkeys don't have the tech to do that.
Now if these said Monkeys lived on trees, and only trees, then maybe they'd outlast the Zombies.

I hope that becomes a movie!

These are all impossible. If a monkey wants to fly, it has to be very lightweight. It also needs to have very strong flight muscles in the chest. In fact, the whole body has to change. Unless there's a super-advanced genetic engineering team available, forget flying monkeys!
