The Players; Jason Voohees - the terror of Camp Crystal Lake, Captain Davy Jones - Tentacled evil pirate in command of the flying dutchman and essentially immortal.
The setting: The flying dutchman at sea in the midst of a storm.
Between the combatants lies Davy Jone's chest containing his heart. Jones is eeking to protect it. Jason just wants to hack and slice Jones to bits.

Davy Jones wins because Jason is too brain-dead to ever think of looking in a chest and stabbing Jones' heart. Whereas, Jones could send Jason to his "locker" for all eternity and noone would ever set him free.

Im pretty sure that Jason was scared to death of the water. Look at Freddy vs Jason. Freddy almost killed Jason in his nightmare of the lake. Even without that Davy Jones would win.

This fight woul indeed be an eternal fight, I think neither of them can die the traditional way, but Jones has the heart-weakness (which is Jason too dumb to understand), and Jason can be weakened to a coma-like state, and he can be frozen. I vote for DJ.

Jason doesn't need air, he hasn't since he "died" the first time.
and if the stomach acid eats him away he will just regenerate whatever is lost to it.
