Consider using the 2007 Movie Target Exclusive G1 Colors Jazz as a deluxe-sized stand in for your Classics/Universe2.0 collection. Yeah, some of the asthetics of the figure itself are out of place for the more classic "blocky" look of the Classics and Universe 2.0 figures, but the G1-inspired paint job helps a lot. Try to pose him behind some other figures to hide a bit of that "movie" flair.

The other option (if you have it or can afford it) is Botcon 2008 Shattered Glass Jazz. Despite some of the evil tampographs, like "Kill to Win" or "Massacre Racing" (which I actually think is pretty awesome), he's basically deco-ed up in G1 colors, down to the racing stripes and number 4. He's also a little short; still deluxe-sized, about the height of Classics/Henkei Rodimus or Hound. He's basically a Cybertron Crosswise, repainted and with a retooled head to look more like G1 Jazz. Some people like it more than others... just my 2 cents.

Universe Legends Jazz. Love that little guy. To me he works standing in behind the deluxe figures. Kinda like a depth thing.

Yep, he's my personal choice. I just stuck a couple Repro Autobot symbols on him and he's good to go.
