I pulled him off the shelf and have decided to give him an upgrade. I've been thinking about it for a while now but didn't have the courage to do it. Well, here goes... :-?

Welp, I finished it today. I attempted to blacken the surrounding areas around the back thrusters so it looks a little dirty. I didn't want too much detail, just a nice clean repaint. I am happy with how it turned out. I won't seal it yet though because I am sure I will add detail here and there.

Nice job. Mine looked so beautiful with his nice new shiny paint I didn't want to spoil him with the rust detail.

Did you paint the internal parts?

I like the way the thrusters look burnt and sooty. This paint job is too good for this rubbish figure!

Thanks! I did paint the entire figure 100% (except the lens for the lights). The internal parts were lightly painted. Thanks for the comment on the sooty thrusters, I really wanted that look and had no idea how to do it so just experimented with it and bingo!
