I just finished reading VAULT last night and the last paragraph pretty much explained this, especially the last sentence is a very nice conclusion. Don't really want to spoil you here but seems like it is how it goes. Without my 3 year old son (he is 4 now but at the time he was 3), I would never know there are two buttons on top of the movie leader Brawl's sub turret to press to trigger the sounds.

Back to topic. I really don't mind long transformation as long as they don't make me frustrate. So I blame on two Optimus Primes now. One is ROTF leader class and another one is WFC for their first time without instructions.

The longest for me is also MP Megatron. It takes me about 5 to 6 minutes to transform him. The second longest would be unicron, who I can transform within 4 minutes.

I'd love to see you record this because either you're being sarcastic and I'm not catching onto it for some reason, or you're just flat out lying.

It's been a while since I did a speed transformation video (the last one being RID Ultra Magnus in a little over 2 minutes), so I'll be stretching my fingers out for this new task. Expect videos of my attempts to transform them within a few days.

Just to test my current level, I just transformed a couple of transformers on my desk, Sidearm Sideswipe, Universe Ironhide and Battle Blades Bumblebee, which took me around 50 seconds, 1 minute and 2 minutes respectively.

Videos done. Though Unicron was just as easy as always, Megatron was kinda problematic so he took a minute longer than expected. Instead of being 5-6 minutes, he took 6-7 minutes, I'm rusty, so sue me. Also, forgive the crude quality, I just came back from watching DOTM and didn't have enough time to set up a proper background.

the hardest transformation for me was RTS jazz mostly because i kept getting frustrated with the instructions

My clothes went out of fashion went i was done transforming ROTF Leadr Optimus.....

ROTF mixmaster surely takes me the longest of all my TFs.

TF instructions are no help at all if you're lucky, but I use 'em anyway. The one and only TF that has broken in my hands is my Takara MP Starscream; I broke his wing off on the first day I had it--INFURIATING! I've transformed MP Megs many times without incident and it DOES take a long time. I vividly remember yelling and cursing at Alternators Grimlock (I totally miss the Alternators--It's MP Prime, Unicron, and Alternators that "pulled me back in"). ROTF Leader Prime is one of the greatest figures ever and it drove me crazy. I think though, that DOTM Sentinel Prime is probably the one that's taken me the longest. There are so many subtle things that have to be exactly right in order for those truck panels to click together right.
