I see. So I guess the problem has nothing to do with BBTS or any other retailer but with Maketoys and their factory, right?

Yeah, that's generally been my feelings for the last several months. I was so pumped to get both Chaos/Paladin and Marine, and when some of you got yours, I was even more jacked, thinking mine was just around the corner. Then nothing. Nothing. Nothing...

Fortunately, in that time Hexatron and Bovis came out, so I'm not completely insane. But you are right. It's not the retailers, it's MakeToys.

I don't know what went wrong on Maketoys end, but this has been handled terribly. The delay is one thing, I can forgive a delay, but the dead silence is inexcusable. It's rude to the retailers and fans. Especially when at the same time you're going forward with other stuff. Not to mention there's probably some fancy business phenomena associated with interest decay or something. It's a moot point with this crowd, but that can seen more as luck than something one should count on. Hell; I would have thought BBTS and other retailers would have pulled the plug if absolutely nothing was said for this long.

In fact, at this point, Maketoys is genuinely lucky nobody stepped up and scooped the whole concept. Perhaps because PCC itself wasn't big enough for Hasbro or 3rd parties to pay much attention.

you could probably get some of the flame/fireball accessories from MiniMates and stick them over the top.

In all seriousness, there was a time this summer when I was eagerly anticipating each week for an announcement about these. I dug through boxes and boxes of Transformers to get out my PCC dudes.

Now....my interest is definitely waning. I need to start packing away my stuff to show the house as we hope to move next year. I'm bummed that I won't have as much time with these. :HEADHURTS:

Yeah, I'll probably end up just cutting them off along with the little bits that they attach to (the parts that have the pins in them) assuming I can do so without screwing up his transformation into his alt modes.

I dunno, aside from those PCC bits, I really dig the look of this guy. I plan to have him facing off against my Dagger Interspace Army Commando, and both being Maketoys, they seem like they'll go well together:

I'm still waiting for MMC to produce something that I'll actually pull the trigger on. I've been so close so many times but have yet to actually buy. I cancelled my preorder for Hexatron once I got a better look at him in bot mode, I cancelled my preorder for their not-Predaking figures after getting a better look at them in combined mode and even though I've come close a few times, I just can't convince myself to get Nova Prime (though I'd be all over it if they'd do a repaint into Big Convoy

). It's really too bad too, because I hear nothing but good things about their build quality and transformation schemes. Oh well, maybe they'll do something that I won't second guess myself out of one of these days.

Anyway, back on topic. I'm waiting to ship my POL for this to come in, so hopefully it gets here real soon because I've got quite a few items I'm really anxious to get my hands on sitting in there (including MP Bluestreak and SH Figurarts Kiryu).

Shoot, I was hoping for an update on them too. Chaos/Paladin should be in any week, but Jungle and Marine just list "4th Quarter 2013" as expected release. :-(

I cancelled my Pre-order for this last night. I saw a few You Tube videos & comparisions pics. it's about the same height as 1.0 Nerf gun Megatron. I already own a Voyager sized fallen toy from Hasbro's Titanium toy line. I don't need to pay $80 for another voyager toy from maketoys. I actually think the Hasbro toy is the better product. What makes the Maketoys The fallen toy inferior is all the snap on armor to get to the voyager sized robot mode. other things I noticed was the thin hollow plastic on the maketoys version. I'd rather save my money for the better 3rd party toys like MMC Predacons,MMC Overlord & BTS Overlord.
