Transformers: The Animated Series Volume 1 and 2
Hi ALL,
First post ever
I am not sure if this was asked/discussed/debated in a previous post.......but is anyone gonna preorder the Transformers: The Animated Series, volume 1 and 2 from IDW (solicited in the November 2007 Previews). The ad looks tempting.....and so does all the others !

Nay, nay, and a thousand times nay. I *abhor* that "cine-manga" nonsense of taking still frames from animation and trying to arrange them like a comic. I've *never* seen it well done, and I don't expect this to change that tradition.

The Armada (and to a much lesser extent, Energon) TV series were both accompanied by a Comic that bore the same name, but had vastly different stories. So far the Animated "comics" that you are referring too are nothing more than Cinemanga, where they Screencap the TV show, and put in speech bubbles.
Not trying to dissuade you from them at all, just letting you know what you are ordering.
Awesomesauce; Use it, you know you want to.
