after i finish my current projects im going to repaint Beast Hunter twinstrike into G1 Doublecross. I want to give him a set of wings but i have no clue how to go about it, any suggestions? Oh & the cheaper the better & id also like to avoid cannibalizing other figures if possible.

hey dude

you've obviously considered cannibalising divebomb which would look awesome and have all the possibility to go with the figure.

the only other way to do it I can think of would be the way ive done my beast hunter wingblade prime.

cut a piece of plasticard to shape and with some plastic or brass rod you can peg it to the figure somehow. the G1 characters wing look pretty flat so sculpting detail wouldn't be a massive issue.

you might have to drill holes in the figure with a pin-vice or mini drill bit but the effect should be amazing.

from what Ive seen the cyberverse predacons are great figures.

hope that helps and cant wait to see it when its done.

yeah divebomb was my first thought but i have yet to see him in my area save for the target set and im not one for cannibalizing new figures anyway. But i might try that plasticard suggestion, not worried to much on detail just overall look. In the end im going to paint the entire figure so i can just paint in some details on the wings. Im also not sure where i want to put the wings, put them on the arms like the G1 figure or peg them in the back and have a predaking look.
