¿Why allmost all Ultra Magnus figures are a repaint of Optimus Prime Mold?.

Hello rodgfx, welcome to the site!
The reason that Ultra Magnus is usually portrayed as a white prime is thanks to Dreamwave comics. Back before they went bankrupt, they did a story that had Prime and Ultra Magnus fighting Shockwave. Shockwave blasted Ultra Magnus good, causing him to shed his armour, leaving a white prime underneath. This is the first appearance of the "White Prime" interior or Ultra Magnus in G1 Canon.

The story is a play on the Generation 1 toy, which was nothing more than a white Optimus Prime with a new trailer. That new trailer transforms into armor for Ultra Magnus.

Everything they said and it gives Hasbro and excuse to repaint the mold, which is cheaper that making a new figure.
