We've had three different kid 'favorites', or pseudo-Wolverines/Anakin Skywalkers.. in our franchise which is almost hitting 30 years. Funny is that they're all yellow. Which one is your favorite of the three?

Favourite? Cheetor.

Of those listed, I like Cheetor the best. We got to see him grow from goofy kid to team leader over the course of BW/BM, and he had such a fun personality thru it all. The BW/BM characterizations in general are my favorite.

Of course, I'm terribly biased towards the Beast Warriors. I'm pretty sure Hot Shot had essentially the same story arc (in fact I think Hot Shot even calls Optimus "Big Bot" just like Cheetor does) but he'll never beat Cheetor purely because of that bias.

I grew up more with Hotshot than Cheetor. I miss him. Animated gave me hope, than swiftly took it away.

cheetor is fine and dandy, but I didnt remember much about him as apposed to Hotshot.

Bumblebee has just become a spotlit, over saturated, cash cow of a spotlight whore, and Im tired of him. Bring back Hotshot!

Oh, I voted for Hotshot.

I'm a Beast Wars man and I was never into any of the series at all that featured Hot Shot so I'm not familiar with the character. I find the modern incarnation of Bumblebee to be quite boring, not just because he doesn't speak, but also because as much as the movies/Prime try to sort of make him seem like such, he's never as hardcore/bada$$/ninjamatic as I'd hoped he'd be.

I do like G1 Bee, and Movie Bee is fairly amusing as per his gimmick. I've gotta give it to Cheetor, for doing the character right. Noideaforaname did a good job of listing the reasons why.

Overall, I have to say Cheetor is my favorite. Most likeable, at least.

Movieverse Bee comes in at a close second, although the whole radio clips thing is getting old.

G1 Bee.

I hate 99% of beastformers, and Hot Shot is a bad example of a character that tries too hard. Meanwhile, all Bee's since 2007 (except Animated) have all been missing the entire point.

i picked hot shot. while watching beast wars cheetor was kinda annoying to listen too but kinda likable. so he is second. and bumblebee i hate with a burning passion.

I also grew up with hotshot and have always liked him more.

Now lets hope prime bb gets killed off and hotshot replaces him. :twisted:

Hot Shot got my vote, because his toy was the best and I love playing as him in the PS2 game. I like Cheetor's character, but that's it. And Bumblebee, all versions of him from all continuities except WFC, can go to hell.

I always liked the G1 and WFC/FoC Bumblebee.

But ever since 2007 this new bumblebee has been nothing but a big freakin gloryhogging, overhyped, overrated cash whore of a Yellow bot.
Just look at all the toys he gets, he's getting like 65% of all character slots that hasbro has planned for the toy lines.
Not to mention his toys quickly become shelfwarmers/pegformers because of over procduction of the current molds along with his excessive redesigns and repaints.

Just go away bee like the unwanted hornet you've become :HEADHURTS:

G1 BBB all the way. I grew up with him on screen and that's the yellow I like best.

-edit- Lumping G1 'bee and movie 'bee into one option isn't fair. They're very different characters.

I watched transformers for the 1st time in 2007. I've watched AEC, but I don't like Hot Shot... as for Cheetor... I just dislike BW, so I have no idea on his character...

Oh, Hotshot in Cybertron was blue, actually. 8-}

Going to go with Cheetor. Best of the available selection.

Movie Bee and Proper Bee are very different. I liked G1 Bee (well, Goldbug) in the comics, and he was always there in the cartoon, although I never had much of a fondness for him.

I have to say though, "the Wolverine" of TFs, at least in story terms is Grimlock. BB is more like a Spider-Man (although that might just be the voice making me think that).

I probably would have voted for Bumblebee, but my opinion of him has been soured lately because I'm sick of seeing his figures everywhere. So I voted for Cheetor instead for the reasons already given.
