After Peter Cullen, Gary Chalk is the second best Prime voice actor.

Any thoughts?

IDK his name, but I liked the guy from Animated. I know it was the same guy who did Beastwars and Unicron trilogy Megatrons. I think it's David Kayne, I'm pretty sure it is. I just liked the Animated voice because it was so different, and it sounded human. Like Peter Cullen said in a recent interview, Optimus sounds human. You can relate to him, and I thought Animated Optimus was just like that.

Funny. For the same reason, I despise Animated Prime's voice.

Yup, that's Gary Chalk. He also did Energon, Armada, and Beast Wars.

I think Garry Chalk and David Kaye are both quite good actors for Prime, although they fit different kinds of characters. Garry Chalk would be better suited to a character like G1 Prime, but David Kaye would make a better actor for someone who is a younger leader, like Animated Prime.
