That is correct. Maybe it would be possible to have the ranking match the allegiance a member chooses. Primus for 'Bots or the equivalent and Unicron for the 'Cons and such. And yeah, I know Unicron is technically not a Decepticon, but he is THE bad guy in the TF Universe.
And CB, if I had to guess, I would think he chose not to put in that rank because Primus is actually a character and not a rank/faction. But it would still be cool to have his name as an actual rank.
