Well, as we have seen before, Devastator and the Dinobots are an even match.
Then looking at the others involved, although they are small, the cassettes would gang-up and overpower Ultra Magnus.
So, it would be a very close fight, but Cons wins at the end.

With a minimum of 4 cassetticons, while a close fight, I can see the Autobots loosing this one. With Soundwave's full army, this could become a bit one sided.

With a full solar power charge, Snarl's strength increases 1000% so he can beat Devastator. Magnus could shoot the little, annoying cassettes while the other Dinobots take out Soundwave.
