Yep, 100% real. It was a Wal mart exclusive and was available for a short time during the initial release of the movie figures.
And my god, it looks like someone rescued that from the Wal Mart bailer.

Did they stop packaging it with the DVD? I seem to recall a DVD being visible behind the figures in the window or maybe they advertised it on the front. I think it was just a short featuring both of those figures in a battle or something.
Also was it this 2 pack or the Classics Prime that came as a Walmart exclusive with Classics Mini-Cons packaged in a bubble on top of the box?

I think there are two versions, one with the DVD and one without.. I saw both on ebay..

The one with the dvd is the Classics deluxe 'Ultimate Battle' 2-pack.
But the dvd is pretty much a waste of time. If I recall, it was a series of clips from some of the recent Japanese animated series. Not really worth watching.
It doesn't seem to be a popular figure, but I like the deluxe-sized Prime. Truck mode is ****, transformation may be a bit too simple for some, but the bot mode is excellent. A great interpretation of G1 prime, with a terrific head sculpt and good potability. I keep mine next to 6 inch G1 titanium Ultra Magnus. Neither are top-notch figures, but they look good and display well together.
I like it better than Classics Voyager Prime. I think it's better proportioned and more 'G1-ish'.

Wow 2 of the worst Prime's in a box ever! Nice, kinda reminds me of the Ultimate Bumblebee and Deluxe Scorpornok and Deluxe Brawl in the same box. What a crap fest they are selling these days.

yeah...... I remember when they used to do 2 packs with actually cool and desirable figures and not the worst shelf warmers...

... When did they ever do that?
Actually the recent release of Movie voyager Prime + Deluxe Concept Camaro Bumblebee was a pretty good deal. Ditto Barricade vs 70s Bumblebee.
But it always seems to be the way that when they finally show up, you already have 1 or both figures.
