Only time I tried to get anything from there was about two years ago at Christmas. I sent my parents a link to the Predaking reissue giftset (listed as in stock for shipping) on an email and they dropped ~$300 on it - basically this was my Christmas, and whole year collecting wise (I was making $6/hr or so at the time, not like now where I buy whatever TFs I want XD).
Two months later when it had still not arrived, we had to call them only to find out that the set was never in stock and never would be again. Two more weeks to get a refund, nearly 6 months before they updated their site with the appropriate stock info for that set.
Anyways, suffice to say I've never spent a dime there, though everyone else seems to do fine with 'em.
