Beast Wars II comes first. Then Beast Wars Neo.
The movie is bit harder to pin down. It most likely takes place somewhere between episodes 32 and 38, but I haven't seen that far into BWII to figure out where exactly it would best fit.
Though, wait a sec!
You're able to watch these two? Completely? How did you get access to them? And, are they subtitled? If so, by whom?
These are the two hardest series to watch due to such limited availability. They both just recently came out on DVD in Japan, and have never gotten the same English subtitled DVD treatment as The Headmasters, Masterforce, and Victory have. The old Ctenosaur fansubs of both were never finished. And TFCog hasn't yet finished their fandubs (which I don't wanna watch anymore). If you've found a way to watch these two shows in full, you are one lucky dude.

No, I didnt. I thought they would be subbed. Well, there goes THAT. So, what about Headmasters? That (I assume) takes place after G1? and victory?

The Headmasters, Masterforce, and Victory have all be subbed many times. TV-nihon fansubbed them, Metrodome released them in subbed DVD form in the UK, Madman did the same in Australia, and now Shout! Factory is releasing their own subbed DVDs of them.BeastProwl wrote:No, I didnt. I thought they would be subbed. Well, there goes THAT. So, what about Headmasters? The Headmasters takes place after FSRLTF 2010 (the Japanese dub of G1 season 3), and omits "The Rebirth" three-part episodes of season 4. Masterforce is after The Headmasters, and then Victory comes next. Followed then by Zone.

One word of caution: Transformers The Movie did not air in Japan until Victory was well under way, so don't be surprised when characters miraculously reappear even though they were supposed to be killed off.

You know, I'm surprised that Takara has yet to provide an official in-story explanation for that. I mean, when they were doing Kiss Players, they did a whole bunch of retcons to explain certain continuity errors and notices, like why the Quints aren't in The Headmasters or how the Angolmois got to Earth and such. Yet, nothing's been said to explain why dead guys are alive in The Headmasters and Victory.JelZe GoldRabbit wrote:One word of caution: Transformers The Movie did not air in Japan until Victory was well under way, so don't be surprised when characters miraculously reappear even though they were supposed to be killed off.
An easy way they could have explained it was to say that, after Convoy was resurrected at the end of TFSLTF 2010, the Quint who helped with Convoy's revival was assigned to revive others who had also died in the movie.

I can live with that! If only mosaics was still going, someone could get on it!

'Twould have to be written with Japanese dialogue (then translated into English after its completion), since the characters spoke Japanese in that version.BeastProwl wrote:I can live with that! If only mosaics was still going, someone could get on it!
