Has anyone had this issue with their Ultra Magnus? Just got magnus and his face does not express itself. You cant hit his chest button to make his face move. You cant move his head and make his face move. Infact it feels like the head is glued shut. Has anyone seen this and fixed this problem? Or is My Magnus so vane that he has to get Botox so he never ages? Like a pimp in a time capsule!
So can anyone help me?????

I really have to force the button on his chest right down to make the mouth open on my Magnus. A slight press activates the sound grabs, but the forceful press makes the mouth open.

The only Ultra Magnus in my area is like that. It's like his mouth is glued shut. I tried to pull it down with my finger but no luck.

The jaw doesn't move at all. The head moves on top of it.
Yeah, mine barely moves when you hit the button.

I fixed the problem! Mine did not move at all! The problem was that his mouth was glued shut. 
It would not move with force I thought I was going to break his head. I pryed the glue open using a little screw driver. Scary!! 
It opened but then did not close. So then I had to use a fine grit sand paper to remove the glue build up. But it works pretty good now.
