Couldn't they have said so when they released the first pics?
First they get me worked up about an upgrade kit for my favourite character, and then they wait a long time just to tell me i ain't getting it? DAMN!

Its kind of like Basic Instinct, but not in a good way...
Goddammit, now I can't unsee it.

They should increase the production of that UM-Armor because i would bet MY LIFE that a majority of the people using this site, other sites and all transformers fans will want that!
Why issolate potential customers?
LETS CAMPAIN FOR BOTCON-EUROPE! BRITS, FRENCH, GERMANS...WE ALL DESERVE OUR OWN EXCLUSIVES!

And since I've passed on all the MP's, I'll get at least one, and maybe even two.
I wonder what the limit per customer will be?
I personally think it is WRONG that they don't increase the number of these that are made, and sell outside of the U.S.
For that matter, why doesn't Hasbro get in on this, make some sort of deal, and re-release Magnus?
And potentially go beyond that, and sell Magnus WITH the kit?
I'm not saying try to re-sale Magnus in stores, just online companies.
That way, Hasbro can really avoid "shelf-warming" and potentially big financial loss.

What shelf warming? UM was an exclusive that some people (I'm one of them) couldn't find at retail. Shelf warming on most exclusives is the fault of the store. I counted 31 MP SS's at one Wal-Mart and some people couldn't find any.
Hasbro and "financial loss" don't belong in the same sentence. In less than six months my Hasbro stock has gone up almost 50%. It's up over 2.5% today.

All I'm saying is that Hasbro is greedy enough to where they wouldn't risk putting out U.M. IN stores JUST because of an upgrade kit that's available from a couple online companies, even if the upgrade kit was given a larger production run.
Let's face it, the chances of this kit ever being IN stores is basically nil.
There are waaaay more people out there in the mass public that don't even know who U.M. is (especially kids),
and definitely not from that Classics version.
In fact, even if Magnus was released in stores with the upgrade kit, it wouldn't sell that much better.
Especially considering that the price could easily be $30-$40.
I mean, I saw today at a TRU that Hasbro wants $26+ for that Scorponok/Blackout 2 pk.
And no one's saying they don't make money... Don't try and make your points by skewing what others post...
Hasbro obviously tries to consider what will and won't make money by whatever standards they feel are worthy, and what's in their best interest.
It's just unfortunate this doesn't match up more often with what people who are truly interested in TF really want.
