Alot of my displays have just the figures, no weapons attached!
QFT, weapons end up being a pain for me if they can't attach or store somewhere on the figure. That's why Classics Prime and Jetfire are so fun, everything stays with the figure in both modes.

Where do you put jetfire's double-barreled rifle in his alt mode? Split it up and put it in his hands? It's a little loose but I like to keep it together and jam it underneath the cockpit and use the landing gears to hold it in place.

i hate projectiles!!! but i do love guns on Transformers! 2 bad i lost my pretender jazz weapons or I would give them to classics Prime

I don't care about whether they have guns or not. Bumblebee is the sort of transformer that doesn't really need a gun.
The only time I was pissed off about a transformer not coming with a gun was the Rodimus Prime I got as a kid ... He was supposed to have one! It was missing from the box.
