I want to find these toys again. They were each shaped like a ball, and you could get three different kinds. In their alt modes, one was a robot, one was a bird, and one was a lion. I used to have a chrome robot and a shiny gold lion when I was a kid. The ones I had were probably knock offs. There's not a lot of info about them on the web and I want to find them again, especially the knock offs. I want the shiny gold or chrome versions, whatever they are.

There's a hawk on Ebay right now ("Takara MC-16 Star Robo Metal Hawk Transformers Diaclone" is the listing), if anyone wants to see what I'm talking about.

Anybody know of any for sale, or any info about what the knock offs were called?

I have a silver KO of this guy.

These things were also released under the Kiss Players line as the Sparkbots. Although, as a set, they're as expencive as this one Diaclone release is, though.

I dunno what the KOs were called. I just looked for Transformers kiss and found my hawk KO.

I did see them in the crazy colors of the Kiss line, pretty wild. I know that KMart sold the gold and chrome knock off's back in the mid 80's, and flea markets had them also. If I could just find out what they were called or where to get them, I'd be one happy collector!

Does anybody want to sell their's?

I finally got the Beast Wars Destron versions of these 3 guys at botCon 2011 this past weekend. Wouldn't mind getting the Micro Change versions now so that I'd have all 12. Any suggestions for eBay searches for them?
