Mine changes all the time. Right now? Anything heavy, to keep me going while I workout. Metallica's older stuff. Heck even the 2007 Transformers soundtrack is good, some Queensryche Operation: Mindcrime is another good one.

Don Henley - Boys of Summer. I don't listen to it very often because I've got memories attached to it that fill me with self-rage and make me feel like crying. So every time I hear it, I feel like punching something. That doesn't stop it from being my fave tune, though - music doesn't have to make you feel happy.

To be honest, I don't have a single favourite song.

I've been on a Kamen Rider kick(pun intended) as of late and I'm digging SHE-JA's(of Animetal fame) covers of two classic KR theme songs from Kuuga and Agito:
