Motto: "'till All Are One"
If any of you are into high end collectible licensed Transformers figures, well we have some news for you. While with the advent of brand unification, the Figure King magazine isn't as revealing as it used to be, it did give us some surprises this time. Mondo is a toy company that makes licensed collectible figures. In Figure King 259, courtesy of Loopaza, we can see an early version of their upcoming Soundwave figure along with their plans for a Bumblebee and an Arcee figure, which is a departure from her more typical feminine look. You'll let us know what you think about those.

The issue also has nice images of MP 48 Lio Convoy, upcoming Siege figures like Rumble and Ratbat, a gray scale image of Piranacon, many cyberverse figures already being found at retail in many parts of the world and the super 7 figures which show you what is going on inside Megaron and Optimus. There are also Japan exclusive Keshi blind bag figures that seem like a rebirth of the G1 decoy figures.

Enjoy!

That's the worst Arcee design I've ever seen. What's the point of a female character if you're going to give her a masculine build? That 3rd party Big Firebird Arcee is so much better. I'd post a picture of it, but the mods will probably ban me.

Why do the female robots have to look like strippers wearing paint and a few pieces of armor? Every character in the whole freakin franchise has been redesigned in and out with a ton of varying body shapes and forms, why does Arcee always have to be all boobed up? It’s still pretty clear that Arcee is a “girl” Cybertronian, it’s still possible to achieve a feminine look without making robots sexualized. :BANG_HEAD:

Anyways, definitely one of the coolest Arcee designs I’ve seen.

And to be honest, I'm not even sure why the article describes her as being less feminine than usual. Still Arcee, smaller bust while not flat-chested...my honest first thought was "female Olympic athlete". (just not a gymnast)

No way I'm paying big bucks for a non-transforming figure anytime soon, but it'll be interesting to see how these translate out of blueprints/renders.

And now that I know Super 7 is keeping the Thundercats Classics figures going, and can't stop thinking about all the awesome possibilities the future holds for Mandora, Wiz-Ra, Ta-She, the Warrior Maidens, generic Reptilians, Lynxana, and the Lunataks...somehow that makes their "visible" Op and Megs look crappier than ever. Just sayin'.
