Are they the original stickers ? If so they are probably just wearing out like most of them do just remove them and clean off the excess sticky residue with a very small amount of adhesive remover (make sure it's ok to use on plastic!) and get some new stickers from reprolabels.com

I'd dab a bit of super glue and stick it on, usually works.
Or, us a dull point to rub it into the bumps.

I have tried all you guy's advice, and it still won't stick. I am considering sanding down the bumps.

Does this sound crazy?

Yep. I would sooner do without the sticker entirely.

Motto: ""Not good enough for G1!""
I took an Exacto knife to the rivets on my Reissue Optimus Prime's shoulders so the sticker'd lie flush... If you do that, just remove the ones underneath the Autobot insignia, there's no point in removing any more than necessary.
Methusalen out...

what if you remove the rivets and it still won't stick?

i say leave the stickers out if you can;t make it work. it's not worth it damaging a G1 prime.

An Optimus Prime without faction symbols? Uhh...NO.

And how would it be damaging it? If anything, it'd be making it better...

And how did you cut them off? Did they stick?

... Personally I'd leave it. Stickers aren't all that important to me, and if it won't go on, so be it.
