They have been good to me. I've bought lots of stuff from them on ebay and at least one thing from their site directly. I got some revoltech figures, Henkei figures, MP Megatron, and his upgrade, City Commander upgrade, and Optimus' 20th anniversary Trailer. Never had an issue with them.

Yes, many times. This is a top-rate buisness. They really go a little farther to satisfy a customer.

Yes I have, and I love those good folks! Very professional and courteous, not to mention prompt shipping and customer service are top-notch too!

Cool, I noticed they're saying they have the gas tank upgrade for BT Convoy in stock, and I wanted to see what they were like before I did anything. Although the page for does say that Fans Project is about to release the item so I can't say for sure if they actually have it.
