when i was a little kid, there was always a movie on tv in the late 70's or early 80's. it was about an old man with white hair in a tower, they would flash back to an old lady in a rocking chair. this isn't much to go on, but i hope someone remembers. thanks

Old man, white hair...Phantasm, but no old ladies on rocking chairs.

Old lady in a chair...What ever happen to baby Jane?, but no old man in a tower.

A) Was it in colour?
B) Was it in English? Accents, US, UK, Australia?
C) was it supernatural?

There was a old lady (the fortune teller), she shows up twice.

Do you have anything else you could describe about it?

The Changeling? It is an old George C. Scott movie.

Back N tha Day (BND), on channel 44 out of Tampa/St. Pete they used to run a horror movie show on Saturday afternoons. It was "hosted" by Dr. Paul Bearer, great cheese. I used to love it.

Anyway, there was a horror movie I vaguely remember.

The gist is, a school bus with kids pass through this cloud (radioactive?) and their finger nails turn black. When the get home and hug their parents, the parents catch fire and die horribly(great ain't it). So some people have to round up the killer kids and everyone starts dying. That's all I have to go on, no names, I don't remember any faces. It seemed to be either late '70's or early '80's.

Any help would be appreciated.
