Ah... I see.
Thanks for the heads up.
Still, I wish I hadn't missed the code, though.
I may have sprung for Ultra Onslaught or Leader Magnus.
But I'll be happy just to get Tread Bolt.
Eventually.

I've ordered SDCC nemmy and Universe swipe streak and storm. Both packages arrived greatly packed and shipped. But maybe thats cause they want to Patronize Rhode Island collectors.

Well, Tread Bolt came today.
I suppose that 7 days from order to delivery isn't too bad, generally speaking.
It just kind of irks me that it was shipped from a facility only a few hours' drive from my house, y'know?

In any case, I've got Tread Bolt, and - while the brown cardboard box was crushed in - the figure's box itself was pristine.
Almost hated to open it.

Then I realized: Hey, this is a great figure, and I ripped open the box.
Overall, I'm quite pleased with Treadbolt.
The colors do look pretty good overall in person.
The only thing I'm having a spot of annoyance with is his legs, as their limited articulation makes it somewhat difficult to pose him properly.
All in all, though, I guess my HTS experience was pretty good, thanks to Diosoth and his link to the tracking number site.
Thanks, Diosoth. :D

I'm going to go against the grain here, and say they are more than tolerable.

I have gotten everything that I have wanted from them. Shipping is reasonably priced, and usually pretty quick.

They offer discounts and free shipping when you can catch those items you want in stock which can be frustrating.

Overall it has been positive, even with the Nemesis Prime debocle of 3 years ago or so.

I thank them for my Animated Blitzwings, and Animated Shockwave and Skywarp in my hands, long before they are out at retail stores in my area.

Plus, they are starting to have some pretty cool exclusive toys.

I should hope they're good. I just discovered them this week, only to find that they aren't overpriced (of course, they are the source). I ordered Shockwave on Friday. Here's hoping he's here soon. I'll get back to yall on that.

i've ordered tons of stuff from them. i have a great experience with them, and every time i've called customer service, they have done everything that i've asked.

a lot of people complain about the slow shipping, which i really dont know or care about, because i usually order a bunch of stuff from them when they have one of their 20% off + free shipping discounts codes, and then i forget about it until one day there is a huge box outside.

if you count down the days between when you submit your order and when it ships, then you might not like them as much.

I ordered the San Diego Comic Con Nemesis Prime from them. Didn't ship when they said. The website date kept changing and it took 3 weeks to get a response. Got banned by them for asking questions. Was quoted 2 different totals - one online and another on my bank statement. They charged a gift card for my CC order. Both boxes in my shipment were in horrid condition, and thanks to being banned - no replacement.

Update: Still no Shockwave. Waiting makes my soul sad. Especially on weekends.

How long ago did you order it? I ordered Shockwave and Shywarp for HTS. It took about 10 to get them from the date I placed the order.

Weapon: Null-Ray Rifle
I ordered a Universe Nemesis Prime to go with the Shadow Commander set. I placed the order October 28th and was able to track it the whole time. However, at some point USPS said they had delivered the item to my house on November 4th but I never even received it. I had to chase behind the post office and mailman to find out where my package was because I didn't get it but all the tracking websites said it had been delivered. Finally, I called USPS on November 7th and told a lie about my son having a birthday party and I really needed the package and if they can't find it, I'll be calling upper management.

All of a sudden, they were able to locate the package and it was still in the USPS warehouse. They told me I could pick it up from the post office at my leisure and they were very sorry for the inconvenience. Long story short, HTS is pretty reliable because USPS received the item from Hasbro in 4 or 5 business days. USPS is run by a bunch of monkeys though.

Weapon: Switch Blade Tail
I was impatient and the 20% off code got the better of me.

I made my first order from HTS and I was not only pleasantly surprised, but the entire purchase, from beginning to end was flawless and easy.

I ordered Monday, Shockwave arrived Friday. Tracking started working Wednesday (and showed that it had already been in the system and moving Monday night.)

I'm glad I followed a friend's advice, he said to order either Sunday night, or anytime Monday to get your item(s) on time. They usually do their biggest shipment on Mondays to catch up from the previous week and weekend orders. It's always worked for him, and he usually gets his stuff Thursday or Friday as well.

I realize they can be a pain to deal with, I've heard the horror stories and the waiting time troubles, but for my first experience, I'm thoroughly pleased.

I will be buying from them again too, I got a $5.00 off coupon for ordering from them, no point in letting $5.00 go to waste. Heck, that'll pay for most (if not all of the shipping) if you're ordering one or two small items.

I give them a solid A+ and it's well deserved.

Oh, btw...their order status page doesn't update the "Not Shipped/Partially Shipped/Fully Shipped" thing until FedEx does. Once FedEx starts recording the item, then it's transmitted back to HTS and their page updates. That's how I found out my item was two days into transit while I was waiting for an update.

Four days (ordering, shipping, receiving) is excellent. You can't even get that out of BBTS, and most certainly not out of eBay, save for a few exemplary sellers (and even they have trouble some times.)

I even got it in four days, with Election Day in the week. You can't beat that.
