Hun Gurr was a great one. Original Optimus as well, and I always like Snapdragon's toy. Soundwave was pretty decent, but his knees bend the wrong way.
assembling a Neo-G1/TF:TM cast. Please PM if you have (or know of) the following at a reasonable price: Classics or Henkei Astrotrain, Sunstreaker, Sideswipe, or 3rd Party iGear Ratchet and Ironhide.
Also looking for Universe Repugnus and Overbite, Frostbite and Longhorn and any Webdiver toys.

Jetfire, Soundwave and 84 Prime sound about right. Scattershot was also pretty good. The original G1 toys can't compare to the articulation we see today, but they are still great designs for their time.

It would be interesting to see a thread of "least articulated" G1 toys. There were many. The Throttlebots come to mind. There are probably some other G1 toys with zero points of articulation as well.

Of all the G1's I own, I always found Sludge to be very articulated (in robot form, dino form not to much). He was always my favorite dinobot for that reason, even though I owned Slag and Triceratops was my favorite dinosaur as a kid.
