It looks like TRU has removed the BOGO Free sale from the site, but it is still going on in my local store. I just picked up Wheeljack/Knockout + a free Ratchet for $32.00 (there was a $5 off Now coupon on Ratchet's box that still activated even with the BOGO deal). My TRU indicates that the in-store sale is going on until the 9/29.
I might go back later and gorge myself on preview minifigs.
@RACast, if you don't already have a Sentinel, I'd go for him just to get the Soundwave and Thundercracker minifigs. (Plus, I find that the Sentinel kreon helmet makes a better fit for the Red Alert kreon.) Starscream is a bit skimpy on the kreons...and SS is five bucks cheaper than SP, so you save less money.

My local TRU has extended this sale until October 27, but they now have a $4.99 item minimum. I guess they got tired of me buying minifigs in bulk.
