Basically I was wanting to give Leader Megatron more of a true fusion cannon, rather than what the figure actually uses.

Here are the parts used (Thanks to Jin Saotome for the idea of using the piece from Robot Replica Megatron):

- Robot Replica Megatron cannon
- Pieces of the Energon weapon from movie scout Air Raid
- "Vengeance" shotgun (from "Ghost Rider" movie figures)
- various cell phone car charger pieces
- rare earth magnets

Finished product (I got the figure elsewhere, I'm not good enough for full figure repaints yet, lol):

I have posted my step-by-steps throughout the process at Tfans and TFW2005, I just wanted to share this with you guys as well.

That is some pretty slick work there! Is that the charger to a cellphone I spy on the end of the cannon? :-?

Awesome work, dude. I love it when folks get all movie acurate. It's amasing what fans come up with as little as they have to go on. Again, real nice work.

I got the custom Leader Megatron from Boskoes.

Yep, two different types of chargers actually. One type is on the very end, while another type makes up the two bits on the side.

I'm digging this thread up to ask if anyone happens to have the images saved on their computer so that they can re-post them here. ImageSh*t has rendered the original embeds useless and Payton hasn't visited since 2013.

EDIT: So, I was going through some old papers of mine. I used to be in the habit of printing out reference images when I downloaded them. And I so happened to have printed out four of the photos from this thread. I don't have access to the files since it was on a previous computer, but the printouts were in good shape and I've scanned them:
