Problem with Blackouts automorph

I just got the Desert Attack 2 pack and when i transform Blackout his automorph doesnt work. If im not mistaken his head and chest are suppose to flip when you move his legs into place but mine doesnt do that. I have to flip the head down my self. When i do that the legs do move. How would i fix this. I tried messing around with it but i don't want to break it. Or could it just be that im doing something wrong? I looked over the instructions and they dont help one bit.

might be faulty. when i got mine, it never worked well in the first placed, so i only fraked with it once. the little spring in there sucks.. if it really bothers you return it, if not, keep it in whatever mode you're happy and display him.. most threads i've read about his autmorph problem stem from transforming him more than 3 times.

There's an issue with the gears inside the cockpit. I guess it comes assembled incorrectly. Here's a thread that will show you how to correct. Warning: You will need to open him up.

The head is attatched mainly to the roof of the helicopter-it is a much straonger connection than the legs, so try to transform the legs and roof together and it works perfectly every time

On his the Head/chest part wont stay in place while in the chopper mode. The spring on his is fraked up. Thanks for the help guys.
