I know there was that Reflector mail-in figure, or something like that, but are there any others? I wouldn't expect him getting any treatment outside of that, but I am just wondering.

Yes, there were 6 more exclusive mail-in figures. The 3 Omnibots and the 3 PowerDashers.

You also could send in for some of the regular autobots after they stopped being released at retail as well as the S.T.A.R.S. playset.

Well, I believe the set was a part of the pre-Transformers Diaclone line. Not that they are any cheaper than a G1 version, but they were available there first.
