Robovision Prime and Voyager Prime, are there any differences?

Weapon: Double-Barreled Assault Missile Launcher
I was looking at the Robovision Optimus Prime in Ryan's galleries and it looks identical to the regular Voyager Prime that was recently released. Are there any differences between the two or is Robovision Prime just an early release of the current Voyager class Prime?

Physically, they're the same mold. There are no changes to the mold itself.

The difference is the tone of the plastic and the paint apps. (Oh and a decoder...)

Robovision:
Brighter red and blue plastic.
Metallic silver paint, flames painted on his shins, no red paint on his shoulders.
RoboVision Decoder
$24.99

Voyager:
Standard red and blue plastic (matches the movie model's colors).
No metallic paint anywhere, no flames on the shins, red paint on his shoulders.
No decoder.
$19.99

Thanks, I thought there was a paint scheme difference, but I wasn't sure.

The metallic paint is nice, but not worth paying more than a few dollars extra for.

And the decoder must be a US target exclusive, as I got my Robovision Prime from Target Au and got no decoder.
Awesomesauce; Use it, you know you want to.

The $19.99 price was a sale price. The regular price was stated to be $24.99 (by several people)
